Resolved Question: landlord tenant laws in kent wa in regards to black mold?

I live in Kent, WA and need to know what my right's are? My townhouse has had 4 or 5 major leaks causing water issues. The is a terrible smell of mold and the walls have holes in where they had to cut, there is black mold in the walls that is visible, there is visible mold in the insulation as well. I have been sick with sinus problems a lot lately and i have been getting horrible head aches every day. when I am not home I have no head ache. I need to know what the proper actions to take is.
