I live in Kent, WA and need to know what my right's are? My townhouse has had 4 or 5 major leaks causing water issues. The is a terrible smell of mold and the walls have holes in where they had to cut, there is black mold in the walls that is visible, there is visible mold in the insulation as well.... Read More »
